Please find the house rules below. We would appreciate it if you could adhere to them.

HOUSE RULES (Updated Summary):

1. Check-in time is at 3:00 PM and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is charged at RM50 per hour.

2. No smoking indoors. A fine of RM300 will be charged if found smoking.

3. Avoid foul-smelling foods like durian or stinky tofu.

4. No parties, events, or decorations. Any damages or extra cleaning will incur a charge of RM300.

5. Remove shoes before entering.

6. Keep noise down after 11:00 PM.

7. Turn off the aircon and other electrical devices when not in use to conserve electricity.

8. Honesty policy on damages: If damage is reported honestly, charges may be discounted. Otherwise, damages will be charged accordingly.

9. Do not move furniture.

10. Use the washer/dryer properly to avoid damage.

11. No pets are allowed.

12. No food or drinks in the bedroom.

13. Proper swimwear is required at the pool. Please dry off before using the lift.

14. Lost access cards cost RM250–RM300 each.

15. Facilities are located at LEVEL 8

16. M Vertica Swimming Pool: Open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily

17. Please be careful when closing the doors, as they can sometimes lock automatically.
If this happens, you can ask the guard for help. Please note that if there are any costs involved, we won’t be able to cover them.
