4. Our team will contact guest on the check in date and share the check in guide through Whatsapp. Please follow our check in guide to avoid misunderstanding during your stay.

5. No refund once booking done, please confirm the date before made booking.

7. The management does not take responsibility for the loss of valuables left in the apartment.

8. Drug, Pet, Smoking & Alcohol are not allow in our premise. If evidence found, RM300 penalty will be charged

9. Check in time 03:00PM and check out time is 11:00AM, any extension of stay must be confirmed with PIC.
